After a Long and Possibly Unnoticed Pause

On the Feast of the Holy Souls

Dear and Beloved Readers,

It's been a very long time since there's been an update on tradblogs-- nearly two years.  Personal and professional events have prevented both tmw89 and I from maintaining this site.  Of course, tradblogs has never been a focal point for any reader of modern, traditional Catholic Internet musings; nevertheless, an update is due.

Last Time, on Tradblogs...
The last eighteen months or so have been littered (that's a very deliberate choice of words) with noteworthy events.  Bishop Williamson's apparent endorsement of the dubious "visionary" Dawn Marie, the (second) closing of the Bellarmine Forums, the abrupt closure of the original Archbishop Lefebvre Forums, various New-Church shenanigans-- most notably, probably those surrounding the Synod of the Family, the recent deaths of Fr. Paul Trinchard and Solange Hertz, the consecration of Fr. Jean-Michel Faure by Bishop Williamson, and the invitation and reception of a certain Ambrose Moran by Fr. Pfeiffer.

This is hardly a comprehensive lists of events transpiring since January 2014, but some of the main headlines, and topics upon which I'm certain much time, were it available, would be spent by the co-authors of tradblogs.

Next Time, on Tradblogs...
Promises can't really be made regarding the ongoing publication of entries in this blog.  But rest assured, as time allows, we are both committed to quality (over quantity, as the case may be!) material.  Do stay posted, dear reader.  And we'll be making a point to go through all of your replies over the last eighteen months, and reply as invitations (implied or otherwise) warrant.

May God bless each and every one of you, and may the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
