Feast of the Maternity of the Blessed Virgin Mary

The purpose of this blog is to offer support and encouragement -- as well as resources -- to Traditional Catholics ("Trads") in these tumultuous times. We aim to sympathize, empathize, and draw arms together with Trads who are struggling to keep, maintain, and practice the faith that has been handed down since Pentecost and guarded by the Magisterium of the Catholic Church against the wickedness and snares of the Devil. This is made increasingly difficult in the modern times God has seen fit to place us in, where faithful Catholics find themselves traveling hours to attend a true liturgy, usually driving past half a dozen self-labeled "Catholic" churches on the way-- and some must go without the Mass and the sacraments altogether.

Nevertheless, here we are; it is our firm belief that God's pre-ordaining us to this time is far from arbitrary or insignificant. The advent of the Internet Age allows for an hitherto unprecedented, rapid transmission and sharing of ideas and information across time zones and languages, and what more important ideas and information could there be to transmit and share than those which pertain to and proceed from our One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Faith?

For more than fifty years, Traditional Catholics have had the physical institutions of their Holy Church usurped by the modernist mafia which succeeded in a revolutionary coup against the Catholic Church at the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) and in the wake of their disastrous victory, wasted no time in eliminating all of the Catholic Church's rites; diminishing, contradicting and ignoring her doctrines, spitting on her disciplines, and feeding her children stones when they asked for bread (see Luke Chapter XI, verse 11).

Of the most notable and prevalent reforms in the wake of the council was the Novus Ordo Missae, or "The New Order of Mass." This liturgy replaced the Roman Rite of St Pius V (promised to Catholics until the end of time), and summarily removed, suppressed, and obscured all uniquely Catholic doctrine in the Mass, so that what was left was an ecumenical supper instead of an holy and unbloody sacrifice. This "bastard mass," as Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre called it, was the chief and most ordinary vehicle by which the Conciliar Church spread its false doctrines to the Catholic faithful and clergy, and subsequently consumed many of them.

We firmly announce that we reject, in toto, the heresies of that Robber Council and its Robber Mass, and do not in any way, shape, or form, give credit or legitimacy to them, nor to their architects or their groundskeepers. We hope that in continuing in this spirit, we enjoy longevity and friendship with you, the reader, and share in being edified by the truths of our Holy Faith, which are so greatly threatened at every corner by the errors of our woefully corrupted modern world.
